L-Arginine is a conditionally essential basic amino acid involved primarily in urea metabolism and excretion, as well as DNA synthesis.
It serves as a substrate for the synthesis of nitric oxide (NO), a cell-derived relaxing factor that plays a vital role in regulating vascular tone and blood flow.
L-Arginine also supports the production of creatine, an important energy substrate for muscles — with approximately 95% of total creatine stored in skeletal muscle.
This double-strength, pharmaceutical-grade formula promotes protein and creatine synthesis, nitric oxide production, and assists in the detoxification of ammonia in the body.
