Suggested Use

For Bath: Dissolve 1–2 cups of magnesium flakes in a warm bath and soak for 20–30 minutes.

For Foot Bath: Dissolve 1 cup in a tub of warm water and soak feet for 20–30 minutes.

Rinse and pat dry after use. Use up to once daily as desired.
