Melatonin is a naturally occurring hormone synthesized in the pineal gland, primarily released at night to support the regulation of circadian rhythm and sleep–wake cycles. Production of melatonin is influenced by light exposure — increasing with darkness and decreasing with light. Supplementation of melatonin can be useful for individuals experiencing difficulty falling asleep, irregular sleep patterns, or disruptions such as shift work or jet lag.

Suggested Use

• 4 sprays ≈ approx. 1.5 mg melatonin
• 11 sprays ≈ approx. 5 mg melatonin
• 22 sprays ≈ approx. 10 mg melatonin

Note: Sensitivity to melatonin varies from person to person. Begin with the lowest dose and increase gradually if needed.
