NFH Liquid Melatonin SAP — 50 mL
Must have a practitioner recommendation before use.
Main Product Description
Melatonin is a naturally occurring hormone synthesized in the pineal gland, primarily released at night to support the regulation
of circadian rhythm and sleep–wake cycles. Production of melatonin is influenced by light exposure — increasing with darkness and
decreasing with light. Supplementation of melatonin can be useful for individuals experiencing difficulty falling asleep, irregular
sleep patterns, or disruptions such as shift work or jet lag.
NFH Liquid Melatonin SAP provides a convenient sublingual spray format for rapid absorption. The flexible spray dosing allows users to easily adjust their intake according to individual sensitivity and sleep needs.
